Welcome to High Life Pudelpointers

We are a family-run kennel in Redmond, Oregon, focused on raising Pudelpointers that make outstanding gun dogs with reliable natural pointing and retrieving instincts.

Our breeding pairs are chosen for stamina and temperaments that fit the way we hunt and train.  We take pleasure in hunting behind smart, hardworking, stylish dogs with the endurance and prey drive to keep going all day.

These dogs are more than hunting partners—they share our home as family members. They are wonderful companions and pets, and they thrive on personal contact.

The Pudelpointer is the most versatile of the gun dog breeds.

Beyond upland game, their natural love of water and retrieving places them among the best waterfowl dogs. Pudelpointers also excel at locating and retrieving shed antlers.

We belong to NAPPA (North American Pudelpointer Alliance) and adhere to their strict breeding requirements—a commitment that has helped make the Pudelpointer the top testing breed in NAVHDA.
